Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we do, and without extra hidden fees. We charge $14.99 flat rate for shipping outside the USA.

Is it safe to order on your website?
Yes, it is completely safe to order from us. We fully secure our website with SSL certification. 

We don't have access to your credit card's data, and our payment providers Stripe and Paypal, are the safest in the world. 

What payment methods are accepted?
We currently only accept credit card payments and PayPal. More payment methods will be added in the future.

What currency are the prices displayed in?
All our prices are in USD.

How long is the delivery?
It takes between 1 and 2 business days to process your order, then 2 to 3 weeks to deliver it.

Do I get a receipt for my order?
You will be sent a receipt for your order by email after payment is made. You will also receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your item has been shipped.

How do I know if my order has been shipped?
Once your order is shipped, it will be marked as complete in our database and you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

How can I track my delivery?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. If for some reason you are not able to track it on our tracking order page, please email us at info@inntote.com.

After 2-3 weeks, I still didn't receive my order, what can I do?
Please excuse us, if any delays might occur. Sometimes, worldwide shipping can take longer than expected due to routine customs checks between borders or even bad weather conditions. Nevertheless you can track your order at anytime to see where it's at. If you need any help to track your package or need additional information, do not hesitate to contact us at info@inntote.com.

What if my product arrived damaged?
In this situation, please email us ASAP with your order number included in the e-mail. Also include in the email photos of the damaged product. We assure you we will do our best to solve any damaged product ASAP!

Can I cancel my order?
After payment confirmation, cancelling order is possible during next 24 hours. If you decide to cancel your order, please email us. We strongly advise you to check your orders before confirming them.

I want to change my delivery information, what can I do?
You can ask for a modification of your delivery information during the next 24 hours of your purchase. To do so, simply email us with your NAME, LAST NAME, ORDER NUMBER and the modifications you want to make.

Refunds and Exchanges:
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at info@inntote.com with pictures of the damaged items, then return the damaged item to us. Upon the receipt of the damaged item we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item. Lost or Stolen Packages:
INNTOTE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
